A gastronomic rosé wine and a specialty from Navarra, Gonzalo, the winemaker, pours all his effort into what he considers his most cherished creation. Made from Garnacha grapes sourced from mountain vineyards, the grapes slowly ripen, absorbing the benefits of cold nights that retain the grapes' freshness. Spontaneously fermented and aged in American oak barriques for four months with its lees, the result is a distinctive rosé, far from ordinary, with complexity and expressiveness.

Red cherry, strawberry yogurt aromas, and playful notes like cherry candy mingle with a creamy, spiced texture on the palate. While ready to enjoy immediately, its aging process allows for longer cellar potential. Versatile and unique, it pairs with a variety of dishes, having properties of both white and red wines.

Created first in 2011 to honor the first year of life of his daughter Aitana, this wine is Gonzalo's favorite. He aimed to craft a wine that was both delicate and subtle, yet a rosé with character and the potential for great evolution in the bottle. It's safe to say that he achieved his goal.
