Las Guillermas Single Vineyard 2019

A wine coming from a very small parcel of only ,62 hectares and from vines that are over 67 years old. These vines, due to their age, produce a very small quantity of wine but with excellent concentration. We were able to snatch some bottles from the 1625 bottles produced this year, truly special The wine is also unique due to its high proportion of Viura, the main white grape of Rioja, that in this occasion takes the back seat to Tempranillo.
Roberto wants to increase the freshness of this wine with the inclusion of 40% of Viura, it gives it an aromatic lift as well as a beautiful light well balanced profile to the wine.
