Vi-Fi Blanc
L'Enclos de Peralba, Penedes, White Wine

Vi-Fi de Masia Blanc stands as L’Enclos de Peralba's introductory wine, combining Garnacha Blanca with Malvasia de Sitges. With only 2,500 bottles available, its uniqueness is evident.

Aromas of apricots and apples meet the nose, while on the palate, the wine carries a slightly oily but very pleasing texture from the Garnacha Blanca. The Malvasia, cultivated in the Cal Manuel vineyard of Sant Cugat, contributes a subtle acidity. This specific Malvasia plot, spanning just under 1ha and resting at 266 metres above sea level, was established in 2014 and is nurtured biodynamically. Meanwhile, the Garnacha Blanca is sourced from a certified organic vineyard.

Both grape varieties undergo a spontaneous fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, utilising native yeasts. Once blended, the wine spends 9 months in old oak barrels and a concrete egg, ensuring a balanced integration.
